Chapter 31 VR&E Payment Delay Update
If you are a Chapter 31 student who has been affected by the delay in payments due to an update with the VR&E/VA system, please know that we are aware of the issue and the VR&E Regional Office is working to get the issue corrected as quickly as possible. Although UA has no control over the processing of these payments, we are in contact with the appropriate VR&E Officials and are tracking the situation closely. Chapter 33 Tuition and Fee Payment Update
The VMA Office is aware of the delay regarding Chapter 33 Tuition and Fee payments to the institution. If you have received a communication from the VA stating that your tuition funds have been released to the school, but you do not see them posted to your student account, please know that all required information has been provided to the VA, and we are simply waiting for their system to update and populate the correct information. Once the update is complete, payments will be processed by the VA and, once verified, applied to your student account. If you are currently in this category, please know that your schedule is secure with Student Account Services and you are not in danger of losing your schedule due to nonpayment. We are communicating all appropriate information with SAS.
Chapter 35 Certification Status
We are currently working to certify all Chapter 35 requests in the order that they were received in our certification portal. You will receive an email notification from the VA once your enrollment is processed. Please remember that if you have made any changes to your schedule since submitting your Advising Worksheet, you will need to proceed to the VMA Certification Portal and submit a Change Schedule form.
